Product Terms and Conditions

Exucom Systems offers only the manufacturers original warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Verification of the nonperformance will be verified by the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with purchase notify Exucom Systems within 15 days of delivery and you will be issued a refund for the purchase price for hardware and unactivated software, less 20% re-stocking fee, in accordance to the terms specified by the good manufacturer. Consumable supplies and Professional Services are not included.  All merchandise returned for credit must be UNOPENED (software not activated) and in the original condition as sold. Any misuse, mishandling or  damage to the product will void the refund. Do not return merchandise without a valid return authorization. Exucom Systems, Inc. reserves the right to test all merchandise prior to refund. Acceptance of this quote acknowledges these and all terms included herein.

Exucom Systems and it's Open Text Authorized Service Provider Partner (HMB, Inc.) provide Authorize Service Partner (ASP) Support for all OpenText Rightfax and Alchemy Support plan purchased from Exucom Systems Inc.  Exucom's ASP Support Handbook can be found here
Exucom Systems and it's Open Text Authorized Service Provider Partner (HMB, Inc.) support plans are subject to the The Open Text ("OT") Protect Software Maintenance Program Handbook (the “Handbook”) which describes the OT Protect Software Maintenance Program services offered for covered OT software licensed from OT and for which you have purchased the support services.  The OT Protect Software handbook can be found here.
