etherFAX offers a unique solution that extends FaxFinder fax servers to the cloud. In a time when POTS lines have rising costs and less availability, and other methods of fax transport also have their challenges, etherFAX’s patented technology leverages the Internet to manage all business-critical fax communications.
Leveraging etherFAX, the FaxFinder provides NEVER Busy Inbound faxing and faxes are delivered to a recipient's email inbox, network folder or client so they can be accessed by a personal computer or mobile device. Faxes can also be queued on a network printer for customers who require printed copies. A number of routing options are available to help ensure faxes are delivered to the proper individual or department. Outbound faxes are sent using client software, web browser, or existing email client.
